My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), considered a gold standard evidence-based and effective treatment approach.
However, each client is unique, and what works for you might include a mix of approaches and techniques. Therefore, I will work with you in a client-centered and holistic way to identify your goals and design a comprehensive treatment plan that works for you.

I offer a calm and serene office setting in the Cedar Park neighborhood of Austin, Texas for those seeking in person connection with their therapist.
Virtual
For those who appreciate the comfort and convenience of joining their therapy session from where ever they are located, I also offer remote connection on a HIPPA- secured platform.
